Terms of Service
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Airwafs Developers LLC and govern your use of the Airwafs website, app, and related services where these Terms are presented.
By using Airwafs, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use Airwafs only if you meet the minimum age and legal-consent requirements that apply in your location.
When account registration is available, you must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Certain account identifiers, including usernames, may be permanent once selected where this is clearly disclosed during account creation.
3. User content
Airwafs may allow users to create, upload, publish, send, or otherwise share posts, discussions, replies, images, video, audio, voice content, messages, and other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of rights you already have in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Airwafs Developers LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the service according to your settings and the feature you use.
4. Prohibited conduct and content
You may not use Airwafs to:
- harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or deliberately mislead other people;
- publish illegal content or content that violates another person's rights;
- share sexual exploitation material or content that endangers children;
- promote unlawful violence, dangerous criminal activity, or credible threats of harm;
- send spam, coordinated manipulation, deceptive engagement, or malicious automated traffic;
- distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, or interfere with Airwafs systems;
- evade moderation, account restrictions, reporting systems, rate limits, or safety controls;
- misuse private or confidential information; or
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
5. Moderation, reporting, and user controls
Airwafs may use automated systems, human review, user reports, account controls, and other measures to address content or behavior that may violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, law, or platform-safety requirements.
We may limit visibility, apply warnings, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, users may be provided reporting, blocking or equivalent user-protection controls, and appeal or review mechanisms.
6. Verification
Airwafs may offer account verification for eligible users or organizations. A verification indicator confirms only the verification status described by Airwafs at that time; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of truthfulness.
Verification may be denied, reviewed, suspended, or removed if eligibility changes, evidence is invalid, fraud is detected, impersonation occurs, or serious policy violations happen.
7. Paid features and transactions
Airwafs may offer paid features in the future. Before a purchase is completed, the applicable price, payment method, material conditions, and relevant refund information will be presented.
Payments made through a mobile platform may also be subject to that platform's billing rules and terms.
Any creator, advertiser, verification, or monetization program may be subject to separate eligibility rules, finalized earnings calculations, invalid-traffic review, refunds or chargebacks, applicable taxes, and additional program terms.
8. Intellectual property
Airwafs branding, logos, original software, website and app design, text, and other materials provided by Airwafs Developers LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of Airwafs intellectual property.
9. Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content on Airwafs violates your copyright or other legal rights, you may submit a complaint through the contact or reporting method we provide. We may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Airwafs Developers LLC processes information in connection with Airwafs.
11. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using Airwafs at any time. When account deletion is available, you may request deletion through the methods provided by Airwafs.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for serious or repeated policy violations, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or protection of users and the service.
12. Service changes and availability
Airwafs may add, change, remove, limit, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
13. Third-party services
Airwafs may rely on third-party infrastructure, app stores, payment providers, or other service providers. Their separate terms and policies may apply when you use their services.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Airwafs is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that all user-generated content is accurate, reliable, lawful, or appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Airwafs Developers LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the service.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
16. Applicable law
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer, privacy, safety, and other rights available in a user's jurisdiction continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Airwafs develops. If a change is material, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
