When the Airwafs app is publicly available, content and user-safety reports should normally be submitted through the relevant in-app reporting tool because that can provide Airwafs with the correct account or content context.
Email support will remain available for issues that cannot reasonably be handled through an in-app report.
4. What to include in a support request
To help Airwafs understand the issue, include only the information reasonably necessary for support, such as:
- your Airwafs username, if relevant;
- a short description of the problem;
- the feature or screen involved;
- an approximate date and time of the issue; and
- a screenshot only if it does not reveal sensitive information you do not need to share.
Do not send passwords, one-time login codes, recovery codes, or unrelated identity documents.
5. Response timing
Airwafs does not promise a fixed response time for every request. Safety, security, account-access, legal, and privacy matters may be prioritized depending on urgency and available information.
6. Emergency situations
Airwafs Support is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate danger or emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or authority.
